I accidentally put the wrong address, can I change it?
Don’t panic. Fill out the contact form as soon as possible, tell us your order number and the updated address you would like the item sent to.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, can I swap for a different one?
How do I track my order?
If you put your email or phone number at the checkout you will receive the tracking information. Use the number to track your order through Auspost.
My product is faulty, can I get a refund on my order?
Who is my order shipped with?
We use Australia Post shipping and aim for dispatch within 2 days of receiving your order.
What are your shipping costs?
Standard shipping is $10 and usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive depending on your location. We also offer Express shipping at $15 and it should be at your door within 1-3 business days.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer multiple options for your convenience. We support Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa Amex and AfterPay.
What currency is your Online Shop in?
The Fine Sands online store is in AUD (Australian Dollar).
Are your products unisex?
Yes, our tees, jumpers and caps are unisex and we encourage everyone to wear our gear! On the odd occasion we will make gender specific products like crop tops.
Do you have a shop?
Fine Sands no longer operates out of our pop up store in Fremantle. We can be found online, at coastal WA markets and in local independent stockists around Australia.
Do you re stock items?
We aim to keep your favourite products in stock all year round. However, products that fall under a collection are produced in smaller batches. That means no re stocks on these items and limited sizes available.
